PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
It is intended for conducting experiments on microfluidic chips simulating reservoir rocks. The installation allows you to visualize the two-phase flow of fluids, control the formation of precipitation and emulsions, ensures the repeatability of experiments and the speed of their execution.
A high-precision device for working with gases and fluids under high pressure and temperature. It has two sets of syringe tanks to achieve maximum pressures up to 100 MPa, ideal for microfluidic systems and small volume experiments.
The PUT (Pressure-Volume-Temperature) studies conducted by LABADVANCE allow us to better understand and predict the behavior of fluids under reservoir conditions. Using microfluidic techniques, these studies provide significant cost reductions and improved accuracy of results, making it possible to determine key parameters such as saturation pressure, compressibility factor, and volumetric coefficient of oil.
Hydraulic fracturing (FRACKING) studies at LABADVANCE are aimed at assessing the reverse inflow of oil after exposure to hydraulic fracturing fluids, simulating the processes occurring during hydraulic fracturing. Using microfluidic technology, these experiments make it possible to quickly obtain data on the interaction of oil with the injected agent in representative reservoir conditions, facilitating the selection of the best additives for hydraulic fracturing fluids.
Enhanced Oil recovery (EOR) methods developed by LABADVANCE use microfluidic experiments to optimize approaches to increasing oil recovery from the reservoir. Experiments on microfluidic chips make it possible to visualize the two-phase flow of fluids, control the formation of precipitation and emulsions, ensuring high speed and repeatability of experiments.
Studies of the minimum mixing pressure (MTS) with a focus on determining the mixing conditions of gas with reservoir oil are an important part of LABADVANCE's work. The use of microfluidic technologies makes it possible to significantly reduce the amount of oil required for experiments and reduce their time, while improving the accuracy of determining MDS and facilitating visual control of experimental processes.
A unique device with a separating micro-column for the analysis of a mixture of organic substances, equipped with a highly sensitive detector. It is intended for use in both laboratory and field conditions.
Microfluidics in medicine is a promising field that combines modern achievements in engineering, biology and chemistry to develop innovative medical devices and technologies. LABADVANCE offers the development of specialized microfluidic systems and portable devices adapted to the specific needs of medical and biochemical laboratories.

SERVICE LABORATORY TESTS
For Oil & Gas industry company provides different laboratory service tests:
  • EOR Screening tests
The use of primary and secondary oil recovery methods often does not allow achieving a high oil/gas displacement coefficient. It is necessary to conduct as much as possible laboratory tests to use the most optimal EOR technology.
  • The complexity of traditional laboratory research
Traditional methods, such as hydraulic fracturing studies, require significant time and resources to carry out, limiting the possibilities for repeatability and detailed analysis. LABADVANCE offers microfluidic solutions to speed up and simplify these processes.
  • The need for an individualized approach to each object in the selection of EOR technique
Optimization of methods for increasing oil recovery requires taking into account the unique characteristics of each field, which makes microfluidic experiments on chips especially valuable for their ability to simulate various reservoir conditions and parameters.
  • Minimum Miscibility Studies
Determining the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP) is an important aspect when using gas methods to increase oil recovery. Traditional approaches to the definition of MMP can be resource-intensive and time-consuming, while LABADVANCE microfluidic technologies can significantly speed up and simplify this process.
