低渗透油藏表面活性剂驱替的微流控可视化

We're glad to share our technical paper titled 'Microfluidic Visualization of Surfactant Flooding in Low-Permeability Reservoirs', prepared by Alexandra Shcherbakova for presentation at SPE EuropEC — the European Energy Conference held as part of the 84th EAGE Annual Conference and Exhibition in Vienna in June 2023.

The paper describes a 'rock-on-a-chip' approach for screening surfactants for enhanced-oil-recovery projects. The pore geometry of the microfluidic chip was designed from CT images of core samples from a specific low-permeability field. The effect of the surfactant's chemical nature was correlated with its efficiency through visualization of flow and fluid interaction.
