This Policy explains how we process personal data of visitors to this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit a form (inquiry, quote request, demo):
- name and email address;
- company and phone number (if provided);
- your message and the contents of your request.
Automatically when you browse (web analytics):
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city);
- device type, browser and operating system;
- pages viewed, referrer, UTM tags and time on page;
- an anonymous session identifier (stored in your browser localStorage).
3. Purposes
- responding to your inquiries, contacting you and preparing quotes;
- web analytics: measuring traffic and improving the website.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit a form (consent checkbox) and when you accept optional cookies and analytics (consent banner). Strictly necessary processing to operate the site relies on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies (language choice, consent, form protection) and, only with your consent, first-party analytics cookies and embedded maps (Google Maps). You can decline optional cookies in the consent banner.
6. Storage, retention and international transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted on Yandex Cloud, with servers located in Russia. Because Russia is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, processing your data involves a transfer to a third country; by accepting, you consent to this transfer. Form data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or you withdraw consent; analytics data is retained for 24 months.
7. Third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our cloud provider (Yandex Cloud). Map embeds load Google Maps, which may set its own cookies; the map loads only with your consent.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data;
- data portability and to object to processing;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
