The microfluidic flow-synthesis system is a complete teaching kit for an introduction to flow chemistry and microfluidics. It includes a glass reaction module, a reagent delivery system, a mounting frame, tubing and fittings, plus lab manuals with ready-to-run reaction protocols. A student assembles a working setup and runs a first reaction in flow within a single session.
The flow module is made of borosilicate glass and operates from −15 to +195 °C at pressures up to 25 bar. Delivery flow is adjustable across 0.1–100 µl/min and the module internal volume is 1–19.5 µl, allowing mixing, heat removal and kinetics to be worked out at the milligram scale without excess reagent consumption.
The set is built for universities and degree programs in chemistry, biotechnology and engineering. The lab manuals contain a range of reactions, and the modular layout lets the system grow as the course becomes more advanced.
