The set lets you move into LNP formulation by flow synthesis inside a microfluidic chip. It includes a pump for fluid control, a glass microfluidic chip as the mixing reactor, a holder, and a set of fittings and adapters — a ready configuration for working out formulations in the lab.
Microfluidic mixing yields particles in the 40–200 nm range with a PDI below 0.2. Working volumes span microliters to milliliters, suiting formulation screening and early-stage trial batches.
The microfluidic chip is a replaceable consumable, which eliminates cross-contamination and removes the need for cleaning between formulations. The glass microfluidic chip is chemically inert and compatible with the alcohol and aqueous phases used in LNP work.
